§ LEGALTERMS

Terms

01This website

This website is operated by Verve Vector, a technology company of Verve Enterprises ("we", "us"). It provides information about our services and a channel to submit enquiries. Using it does not create a client relationship, and nothing on it constitutes a contractual offer.

02Concept systems

The projects presented under Work are concept builds — engineering demonstrations created for this website. They describe systems we are equipped to build; they are not client projects, and any figures attached to them are design targets, not achieved results.

03Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not obligate you or us to anything. We respond to enquiries at our discretion. Any engagement that follows is governed exclusively by a written agreement signed by both parties, which supersedes anything on this site.

04Intellectual property

The design, text, code and brand identity of this website are the property of Verve Vector and Verve Enterprises. You may not reproduce the site or its distinctive elements without permission. Content you submit through our forms remains yours.

05Liability

The website is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of website content alone. Professional work is performed under the terms of a signed engagement agreement, which defines warranties, remedies and limitations.

06Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts, unless a signed engagement agreement states otherwise.
