01What we collect
Only what you type into our intake and support forms: your name, email address, optional phone number and organisation, the content of your enquiry, and any file you choose to attach. We also record the time of submission and how long the form took to complete (an anti-spam measure). We do not run advertising trackers, analytics panels or third-party pixels on this site.
02Why we collect it
To read your specification, respond to you, and — if we work together — to keep an accurate record of the engagement. Your intake answers become an enquiry record in our internal register, visible only to the engineers who respond.
03Where it lives
Enquiry records are stored in our database and attachments on our server, under access controls, for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Drafts of unfinished intake forms exist only in your own browser (local storage) and are never transmitted until you file them.
04What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to marketing lists from an enquiry. We do not share enquiry content outside Verve Vector and Verve Enterprises.
05Your rights
You may ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email us from the address you used, quoting your enquiry reference if you have one, and we will act within a reasonable period — consistent with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, where applicable.
